For Sale: Tokyo Hy-Power HL-1.5KFX solid state HF/6M power amp
Due to downsizing, I am selling my Tokyo HY-Power HL 1.5KFX solid state amp, S/N 0520447. The amp provides auto band switching
(using a supplied interconnect cable that works with Yaesu and Elecraft radios), extensive protection circuits, QSK (full break-in) CW.
It runs 1000 watts on CW with 85- 90 watts input. It is light (about 45 lbs) with power supply self-contained. It runs on 115/230 VAC.
Instruction manual and operating notes included. This amp performed well for many years but switched to an Elecraft KPA-1500 when I
went to a K4D. Have used the THP HL-1.5KFX as a backup amp for the last few years and it continues to perform well.
