Use
the First and Last
Names of the person and the Zipcode from the FCC License information in
the Social
Security Death Index database to check if the individual is a Silent
Key. A good source of the FCC
License info is the WM7D.Net
website. Click here

database.
This is a reasonable screen, but is not always effective, but it can
help avoid some uncomfortable situations
when delivering a message.
